2025 оны 9 дүгээр сарын 2, Улаанбаатар – “Erdene Resource Development” (TSX:ERD; MSE:ERDN; OTCQB:ERFCF) компани энгийн хувьцаагаа нэгтгэх (“нэгтгэл”) үйл ажиллагааг амжилттай хэрэгжүүлснээ мэдээллээ. Тус компанийн зүгээс энэ тухайгаа 2025 оны наймдугаар сарын 25-ны өдөр урьдчилан олон нийтэд зарласан юм.

Хувьцааны энэхүү нэгтгэлийн хүрээнд өмнөх зургаан энгийн хувьцааг нэг шинэчилсэн энгийн хувьцаагаар тооцсон байна. Үүний үр дүнд нийт гаргасан болон эргэлтэд байсан хувьцааны тоо ширхэг 366.3 саяас 61.1 сая болж буурав. Энэхүү өөрчлөлт 2025 оны есдүгээр сарын 2-ны өдрөөс хүчин төгөлдөр үйлчилж эхэллээ.

Ийнхүү тус компанийн энгийн хувьцаа шинэчилсэн бүтэцтэйгээр 2025 оны есдүгээр сарын 5-наас эхлэн Торонтогийн Хөрөнгийн биржид, харин есдүгээр сарын 8-наас Монголын Хөрөнгийн биржид арилжаанд орох аж.

Хувьцаа нь Торонтогийн Хөрөнгийн бирж дээр “ERD”, Монголын Хөрөнгийн бирж дээр “ERDN” гэсэн тэмдэгтийн дор хэвийн арилжаалагдах ба шинэ CUSIP дугаар нь 29480N404, шинэ ISIN дугаар нь CA29480N4049-тэйгээр бүртгэгдэнэ хэмээн компанийн зүгээс мэдэгдэв.
