Australia-listed Viking Mines has termed results from the recently completed drilling programme at its 100%-owned Berkh Uul coal project ‘positive’, indicating that “the quality of the coal is comparable to or better than the historical drilling data, notwithstanding differences in the analytical methods and techniques performed”.
Executive Chairman Jack Gardner commented, ‘’We expect to receive the consultant geologists’ report on this drilling programme in January 2015, at which time we will consider next steps including further drilling, resource updates and economic studies.”
