FLS Mongolia Service Centre Expansion Officially Opens The expansion of the FLS Mongolia Service Centre was officially inaugurated today, November 4, 2025, marking a significant step in setting new standards for technology and service within Mongolia’s mining sector.
Mongolian Mineral Exploration Roundup 2025 Conference and Exhibition Since December 2023, Trigtech LLC, with the support of the Mongolian Embassy in China, has organized four Silk Road Investment: Mining Project Presentation events in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Administration, and key stakeholders.

STRENGTHENING TIES: AUSTRALIAN COMPANIES AT MONGOLIA MINING 2024 The annual MONGOLIA MINING 2024 International Mining Exhibition, one of the premier events in Mongolia’s mining industry, was held from October 8th to 10th at the Buyant-Ukhaa Sports Palace in Ulaanbaatar. This year's exhibition attracted hundreds of exhibitors and industry leaders from around the world, showcasing the latest technologies, innovations, and solutions in the mining sector.
Build Mongolia 2023 Construction, Infrastructure, And Mining Technology Expo will be held on April 19-21 At Steppe Arena Over 100 of the best companies in the industry will be participating in the expo, showcasing their products and services. Ten countries will be represented by companies such as Alternativa LLC, Magna Tires Singapore Pte Ltd, Amperetex from Russia, Zhengzhou Vanguard Machinery Tech Co., Ltd, and Jiangsu Kingertai New Material Technology Co., Ltd from China. The exhibition will also feature the leading international organizations in the field, presenting their products and services through the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Mongolia and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland to Mongolia.
Working on the road map to recovery The recently held Discover Mongolia International Mining Investors’ Forum was the 18th in an annual series, and the first since Mongolia had a new Parliament and Government, both committed to enabling and ensuring the return of foreign investment to the country. Despite the fact that the forum was this time held in the backdrop of the global economy – as also the individual economy of each and every country – struggling under the Covid-19 pandemic, participants and speakers kept their focus on the declared motto, “Mining: The Road to Recovery”. What was said at Discover Mongolia 2019  We give below some salient points in the speeches and presentations at the last Discover Mongolia, as compiled by E.Odjargal at the 17th session of the annual international conference, intended to spread information and awareness about Mongolian mining and attract foreign investment. G.Nandinjargal, State Secretary in the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry, who formally opened the event:  “The Government of Mongolia is working on creating a friendly, open and transparent legal environment for investors, ensuring economic stability and creating a system that would protect business interests. Despite the need to diversify the economy, mining will undoubtedly continue to be Mongolia’s leading industry in the next 20 to 30 years. At present, data is available on mineral resources in 20% of the total territory of Mongolia.

Gold in placer deposits to be exhausted in 2 years There is widespread concern at the imminent prospect of Mongolia’s placer deposits being left with no gold. At present their reserves are put at 57 tonnes, and as between 22 tonnes and 25 tonnes are annually extracted from them, the gold is likely to be exhausted by the end of the decade.
All smiles at Discover Mongolia 2018 The overall impression at the end of the 16th Discover Mongolia, held in Ulaanbaatar on 6-7 September, was positive for the Mongolian mining sector. The annual international conference is a major platform for wide-ranging discussions on the sector, bringing together investors and members of the Mongolian Government.
What young professionals can learn at capacity-building workshops Young professionals perform the bulk of the work in many organizations and institutions in Mongolia, including in the mining sector. In the government bureaucracy, young professionals are often the first to draft policy documents, thereby contributing to the process of policy discussions and changes.
